Doesn't apply to this visit, but I have found difficulty making appointments. And I can't understand why appointments can't be made beyond the current day.

Just been to get my covid booster and flu vaccine, the whole process was well organized, went extremely smoothly and safely. There were in fact 2 doctors attending, which in my view showed a commitment to their patients. My experience with the Broad Lane Surgery thus far has mostly positive.

Sometimes getting appointments whether it is for a GP consultation or with the practice nurse, can prove to be difficult, and the time frame of available appointments are too long to wait, even when I say it is important. It would help if the persons who take the call take on board the reasons for asking for the appointment.

The Service is excellent. All the Doctors are good. I am happy with the Broad lane surgery. I have been mostly seen by Dr Dhabi. Dr Dhabi is so caring and very patient with me. He listens to my problems and understand me very well. I have got better by his treatments in many occasions. God bless him .

I feel the receptionist are ok. I totally understand they are under pressure. However Improvement can be in knowledge and better customer service.
